Hmm, I'm kind of confused now. For one, you appear to be saying that
you can play your FLACs via iTunes, but iTunes has no support for FLAC.
Second, why do you give your FLAC files a WAV file extension? I don't
know exactly how SC determines the source codec (I would guess by file
header and not by filename extension, but that is only a guess), but it
certainly seems to be asking for trouble to name files encoded with one
codec (FLAC) with the extension for a different codec (WAV). And even if
it is innocuous, why mis-name your files? Or are they really WAV and not
FLAC?

Also, using iTunes or WMP isn't a very helpful diagnostic because that
only says the files are okay. It says nothing about the SC server
configuration. Please, try it with SoftSqueeze (under Extras on the left
hand side of the SC web interface). That will use the same protocols
that your SB uses.
