I don't remember if this works or not, but I think you could make a backup of the prefs folder from 7.3.3 and then re-apply it after upgrading to 7.4. Same with plugins and plugins prefs. Note that SC should be stopped before making the backup, and SbS should not be running when overwriting the default prefs with what you've saved from 7.3.3.
