I've had no user creation issue on debian/lenny nor ubuntu/8.10. The install went fine. For the 2nd server I did copy my plugins and prefs from SC to SBS, and it went fine too. (1st one I did reinstall/reconfigure the plugins, that was a pain) I have noticed some plugins have issues, mostly minor. For me, the only one that is not ready to work (fully) is srvPowerControl. Upgrade process could have been simpler (changing the uid, really ??), but for me 7.4 works well and it is an improvement over 7.3. I have more questions around mySB, actually.
