Note that the newest FitPC comes with a Z series board, which means a GMA500 graphics adapter, which is in practice not supported in linux (and it is unclear if it ever will be). You can probably get some sort of graphics with a generic vesa driver but shouldn't expect full resolution or any kind of acceleration.
