There is no install, you just need the squeezeslave-asio.exe and the pthreadGC2.dll files in the same directory.
You need to start it from a cmd windows. Here's an example. squeezeslave -r10 serverhostname If the squeezebox server is running on the same computer you don't need the serverhostname at the end.
