Given the concerns I had about deleting the wrong files using "rm -rf*", I decided to have a go dragging the Simple Backup files to the trash (which worked) and then selected the empty trash option. Unfortunately this hasn't gone according to plan: I should have over 250gb as a result of this, but it's showing only 31, so it seems the emptied files are lingering somewhere.
Any ideas on the best fix? Have those files gone into some (hopefully eradicable!) limbo? -- Gus Gus ------------------------- 4 x SB3 Firmware: -127 running SC 7.4- OS: -Ubuntu 10.04- Motherboard: -Asus P5G41-M LX- Router: -WRT54G- ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Gus's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=14417 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=82338 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
