Not really.  My current library is on a 3T ext4 partition now.  In the
past, I've kept the media drive as ntfs because I populated the drive
in a windows machine before moving it to my Ubuntu server.  Now, I'm
dual booting that windows machine into Fedora and populating the media
drive by rsyncing from the ntfs source.  A little more involved, but
it's working.
