Not a solution for me.  I want a small-scale setup with minimal
cabling.


One issue I've come across is that all the usb dac speakers don't have
an on-off switch.  I assume the Pi usb output is always on - but would
it be sufficient to charge up a li-ion battery speaker?  Otherwise, it'd
be a pain always swapping cables to charge.

Maybe it's a fruitless project?
