i'm looking to buy a DAC, because my music over the headphones output gets heavily distorted after some time. On ebay most DAC's on PCM2704 chipset are powered by their usb port, so by the Pi does this gives problems with the DAC and / or Pi and do i need to find one with it's own power source?
