This sounds so crazy I hesitated to post it - but it's definitely happening!
I got Squeezelite up and running on an RPi, so I decided to A-B test it against my SBT. The SBT fed the coax input of a Gigadac, the RPi the USB input. But the left and right channel outputs were inverted on the RPi, correct on the SBT. I put the RPi through a different USB DAC - same result, left and right the wrong way round. I'm running Squeezelite from the command line ./squeezelite-armv6hf -o front:CARD=CODEC,DEV=0 but as I'm a Linux newbie I have got probably something in the setup wrong.
