I was playing flac with replaygain enabled. Not sure what the particular tracks were tagged as in terms of replaygain. The windows volume and LMS volumes were at 100%. I control volume on a physical dial on my speakers. Playing through squeezeplay on same pc and device does not cause an error. Played with the physical volume and it was still present when dialed right down. I will try windows volume and LMS volume tonight when I'm home. I do recall some time back (years) slimdevices implemented some replaygain code to prevent clipping. Not sure if the code was server side or player side.
