I ordered a dual yesterday from Digikey and they shipped right away. So hopefully by this weekend I may be trying it out (unless the blizzards delay the trucks from Thief River Falls). I am a newbe to Linux, but I promise to try to resolve all of my questions on my own before asking here. I currently have a Touch served by a NAS (wireless) and am hoping to add another "headless Touch" in another room. Just about any output will be fine for that (analog, SPDIF, HDMI) since it will just plug into my home theater system for a little background music. But ultimately, I would love to see the enhanced DAC output that is being developed in another thread as a replacement for my beloved Touch if it ever gives up the ghost. With all of the smart phone based remotes available, a headless Touch is the perfect product for me. I rarely touch the screen on my Touch anymore, prefering to control it from my iPhone.
