Terry, Low volume from the on-board audio.... Run "alsamixer" (from the console after you ssh or putty into the board) and increase headphone (which I think == line-out) and PCM to 100%. (Having done so, the levels should be restored to 100% after every subsequent reboot, so you should only have to do it once.)
I haven't used the HDMI port for either video or audio, so can't really comment. I doubt it is a stability problem with squeezelite itself. More likely the alsa driver for the HDMI port. I'll add it to my list of things to test and see if I can reproduce it. If you could add "-d all=debug -f /var/log/squeezelite/squeezelite.log" to the OPTIONS in the /etc/sysconfig/squeezelite config file, something useful might be captured in a log file before the process hangs. RPMFusion.... The free and non-free repo packages were already installed. But it wont have hurt anything trying to install them again. Thanks for testing. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ JackOfAll's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=3069 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=98190 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
