I've added a jivelite (armv7hnl) package (and supporting lua-* packages)
for the PBWPN F18 ARM7 Wandboard Dual image. The image already has the
repo packages installed, so just......

Packages are also available for F18, x86_64 and i686. (If you don't have
the RPMFusion repo packages or my Vacuumtube repo package installed,
you'll need to install them before you can install jivelite.)

Although the builds have had limited testing on all platforms, arm7hnl,
