Yes , my Panasonic plasma has it readily aviable in a menu , but it is thx classified so it figures . My old Sony projector has not , my last CRT Sony TV had it in some service menu . It's an historical artefact from the days of masking film , there can be unintended stuff in the margins of older stuff . The term "overscan" comes from analog video ,the stuff when an electron beam swooped over a raster of phosrfouros dots :) aka cathod ray tube . ( no nostalgia for that one ,yet ) . ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Mnyb's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=4143 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=98156 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
