Hi I was wondering whether you remember to apply the new settings after you have changed them?
So if you have used option 2 -: use the analog settings, you need to subsequently use option 5: restart the squeezelite, in order to use the new settings. The same is true when you have used option 4 and changed the squeezelite string for the USB DAC, you will need to use option 5. Whether your USB DAC is working with the piCorePlayer I don't know, but I think it will. So please try some of the other possibilities from your screenshot.
