At 96kHz (flac) the pointers seem to increment at about 5375539 per minute (very roughly), at about 23 minutes, 25 seconds, immediately after it starts to buzz, it looks like: [fedora@wandboard ~]$ cat /proc/asound/imxhdmisoc/pcm0p/sub0/status state: RUNNING owner_pid : 1163 trigger_time: 1256.403742756 tstamp : 2655.545958792 delay : 6144 avail : 0 avail_max : 768 ----- hw_ptr : 134314752 appl_ptr : 134320896 At 44.1kHz flac they increment at about 2643904. So this seems proportional to the bit rate. at about 50 minutes, 44 seconds, (immediately after it starts buzzing), it looks like: [fedora@wandboard ~]$ cat /proc/asound/imxhdmisoc/pcm0p/sub0/status state: RUNNING owner_pid : 1163 trigger_time: 2715.291345193 tstamp : 5759.553504437 delay : 6144 avail : 0 avail_max : 768 ----- hw_ptr : 134247936 appl_ptr : 134254080 Terry ------------------------------------------------------------------------ TerryS's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=40835 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=98190 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
