Did some more testing and found two issues: 1. When the Wandboard is booted up without Ethernet and no wireless then there is an error loading the Network Manager. After plugging the network cable in it gets an IP address but the wandboard is still not accessible (no reply to ping, no http access). It needs to be booted with an active Ethernet connection, either wired or wireless, in order to have a functional device.
2. There is an issue with the Wireless radio and hidden SSID's. When the SSID is hidden it wont get access to the wireless network. Only by manually adding SCAN_SSID=1 to the ifcfg-wlan0 file will make it connect to a wireless network with hidden SSID. Of course, this parameter gets removed if the wireless configuration is changed through the web interface. Maybe this parameter can be added by the code? ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Pascal Hibon's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=7969 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=98544
