You rename it to ApplicationResources_da.properties. You edit it, changing each of property values after the = sign to be language specific. There are several places where there is some html formatting, which needs to stay in your new version. Continued lines need to keep the backslash at the end of the line. A couple of lines start with "\n\t" and that nees to remain.
