On every Linux system you always use the command line in a terminal and use the "chmod -R" 777. R for recursively doing it then starting at the top directory of the music it would have done all files . You can ofcourse use a more restrictive aproach than 777 which enables all rigths including write and execute , just an example I do that to able fix tags from whatever Computer or app. I do have complete backups . Vortexbox is a good solution for a headless , no fuss server . ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Mnyb's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=4143 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=98611 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
