KERNEL-WAND-3.0.35-CM34+
Terry/Pascal,
Adrian sent me a patch for testing, (which may or may not work), to add
support for 96k to the spdif output. I've added 88k2, 176k4 and 192k.
While > 96k might not be supported by the TOSLINK transmitter anyway,
Pascal has added electrical out so perhaps > 96k worth testing by him.
If you guys have a bunch of files at different sample rates and could
try 88k2 and 96k, great. Pascal, if you have media at 176k4 and 192k,
give it a go.
The only testing I have done has not had an external DAC connected, but
I have verified by looking at /proc/asound/card1/pcm0p/sub0/hw_params
that it does detect the 88k2, 96k 176k4, and 192k rates. Whether any
audio is actually being output may be another story........
