Another snatched 10 mins, another feature. I've added the ability to set
the system time zone on a new Configuration page. I'm going to add the
ability to set the keyboard layout and locale from that page also,
finish what I started on the fstab page, and then call it a day for the
moment on the web-gui. Other things, (specifically on the audio side of
things), now need to take priority.
