OK. I got it fixed. Sorry for the confusion.
On my 64bit server the 32bit binaries (flac,sox, etc.) as supplied by Logitech won't work. That's why I need to replace those binaries everytime I reinstall a server. Obviously flac is being used for decoding flac2pcm. SL didn't receive any data because flac didn't do its job..
