I realised from a couple of comments that we need a better startup for
jivelite so that you can set the language and skin - so if you start to
document the current proces please note that I intend:
- the first screen to be "select language"
- the second screen to be "select skin"
- ideally then automatically select the wandboard player rather than
need you to go to select player for this..
