Sorry to say but it didn't work. Same jittery noise. When I do a cat /proc/asound/card0/pcm0p/sub0/hw_params it displays, access: MMAP_INTERLEAVED format: S16_LE subformat: STD channels: 2 rate: 48000 (48000/1) period_size: 240 buffer_size: 960 When it is noise and, access: MMAP_INTERLEAVED format: S16_LE subformat: STD channels: 2 rate: 44100 (44100/1) period_size: 221 buffer_size: 884 When it's ok. Could it be the 48kbps rate that my DAC cannot handle? I tried to force 44.1kbps with /etc/asound.conf but it does not seem to do anything since the rate is still 48000.
