It looks like bluez-simple-agent is what we need. Fortunately this is a
python script so if you have it in debian you can just copy it over to
fedora, and as long as you have the prerequisites it should work. As far
as I can tell you need the python bindings for bluez, python bindings
for dbus. Of course that means that python, dbus and bluez need to be
installed.  There are probably some other things that need to be there
but I'm not surfe what they are at this point.
