As someone pointed out in the thread about the Squeezebox replacement (SWAMP board), the SATA connector is on the Wandboard carrier board and not on the CPU module. So SATA won't be available if using the SWAMP audio board (unless John Swenson puts a SATA port on the board - still waiting for a reply from him).
