I 100% agree that the design focus for the CSP should be an audiophile standalone player which happens to be capable of doing more for those folks that wish to be creative. My WB Dual is anxiously awaiting John's carrier board to be a standalone player for hopefully my main listening room at the house. I did not mean to suggest a distraction in the focus.
With the Quad out now, I am interested in exploring using this same design as a portable server & player to take on a sail boat or to a vacation home rental etc. I am fully intending to use a different enclosure for this second use case. It is definitely a second priority. I also suggest we move this discussion if others wish to continue back to the other thread as this one should stay of the topic of CSOS and not the hardware design and possibilities. That seems more appropriate in the other thread with the hardware design discussion.
