Hi thanks for attracting my attention to the nrpacks=1 option, which I
added to the piCorePlayer some time ago. At that time it helped with
stuttering sound, but I just read up on the nrpacks values
For playback it is probably not good with such a low number. As advised

I tried nrpacks=20 - and I think that it improved the soundstage, and it
doesn't seem like it produce any stuttering any more.

What do you mean with custom kernel - I have build the kernel from
github for the piCorePlayer.
