Triode, It appears that I jumped to conclusions too quick. Squeezelite was indeed working great over USB audio but... When I closed my ssh connection the player disappeared from the network and is no longer showing up in LMS. Reconnecting through putty and using the sudo service squeezelite status command again resulted in failure. Restarting Squeezelite with squeezelite command relaunches squeezelite player, but it only stays online as long as putty is connected. Closing ssh and same result, squeezelite disappears. Any idea?
