It will work but it is not the best setup. It is best to leave all the settings enabled (i.e. native faad/flac, faad/lame, faad) - then LMS will chose the one which will provide best quality under all circumstances. If for example you got a Touch or starting using Squeezelite which have a native AAC decode - your settings will not allow "native" playing. The Filetype settings are not rules or directives but indications of capabilities that tell LMS what transcoding options are available and whether native playback is possible.
