KERNEL-WAND-3.0.35-CM71
With thanks to Steve Agnew, this kernel update should resolve the issues
with DAC(s) driven by Wandboard SPDIF, where there was no sound being
output, the DAC discarding frames because the validity flag was set to
1, (invalid).

Don't apply csos0005_4-mxc_spdif-debug.patch.
- Modify spdif clock patch to use pr_info and pr_err instead of printk.
