1. It means that I can start play on devices from the server. So the server sees the devices. Not vice versa.
2. I suspect it may block broadcast announcements somehow. Regular TCP / UDP works fine. In which case it would be the server not being able to broadcast its presence on the net. Eg. SAMBA does the same and only works in jailed servers with vnet. 3.
