Right, sorry. "--dupes" shows them, "--cleandupes" actually removes them
from the rpmdb. 

It's been a while since I've had to use any of that. Probably not since
a failed upgrade F17 -> F18 on a desktop, that resulted in every single
installed package after the upgrade being duped. I gave up with trying
to sort that mess out, re-partitioned the disk and started from scratch
with a new install. (But to be fair, that machine had been updated many
times, F11 -> F12 -> F13 -> F14 -> F15 -> F16 -> F17, without issue, and
my luck was always going to run out at some point......)
