I've had a look at that but it only seems to map to the SSID, the key, and the network security type (WPA). What the web article suggests is that there needs to be an additional parameter scan_ssid=1. Reading between the lines of what you're saying, you've just taken the code from elsewhere? :) In which case I'm probably asking the wrong person! I need to know how to amend the way in which the wpa_supplicant.conf file is written...
