My intention of the -m option was only ever for use with people running
more than one squeezelite instance.  Squeezelite and Jivelite use the
same code to discover the local mac so I would suggest just letting the
discovery be used for the local mac address for normal use of CSOS??? 
Doesn't really matter if the mac is not the mac of the interface being
used, only that it is unique to LMS - so avoiding hard coding is valid?
