Re-worked system page to use Triode stylesheet. (Not sure how
comfortable I am using HTML5 features. I'm all about browser and
backward compatibility, which is why I hung back on 4.01 transitional
for the Java web-gui and made the initial decision not to use any
javascript, having dealt with more than my fair share of issues. eg.
where browsers don't have it enabled, or differences between browser
implementations causing problems.)
