I have added some extra capacitance in paralell to C6 on the Raspberry Pi. This not only adds feelgood factor but also the ability hot plug my wifi adapter. I use what ever I have, on my piCoPlayer I use 2200uF/10V. If you have the soldering skills I would recomend this in order to reduce the sensitivity to the choosen PSU.
