This concludes the merging of code from my old development branches.
Possibly the only thing that might be of interest, on the Squeezelite
config page, the attempt at simplification of the re-sampling params,
using drop-downs for Filter and Quality, and check-boxes for Async and
Exception rate handling. It still requires more work, both on the layout
and the help text, but it works for me and might be preferable to the
colon separated list of options. (IIRC, JS may have asked for it to be
"humanized" at some point in the past.)
