I don't own a Dragonfly, so I have no experience with that particular DAC, but if you are using high res material you probably need to increase the Alsa buffer and period to avoid clicks. Just enter "35280:8820::" in the alsa params field on the squeezelite player configuration and control page and hit "save and conditionally restart". I had lower values originally, but changed to those following an advice that Jackofall gave to another forum member and it works like a charm.
