Did you clone one LMS server's configuration on the other? There's a unique server id in the server.prefs file. If you have multiple servers with the same ID, it will likely cause confusion. server_uuid: 145bba6b-c89f-4285-b03a-8e74487f4e97 To generate a new ID, stop LMS, edit server.prefs and remove the line.
