Main changes.... Clear the LMS server prefs file, so server id not set. (Which causes a problem if 2 or more Wandboards run LMS and have the same id.) Promote squeeze-web-gui-lua to default web gui, "http://wandboard.local/";. (Java squeeze-web-gui still available via "http://wandboard.local/squeeze";.)
