FLAC + CUE sheet broken: only the first track would be played, while
metadata does update.
Make sure we don't overwrite mapped values. Otherwise the empty
AUDIO_OFFSET in the CUE sheet would overwrite the previously mapped
OFSSET value.

Fix prefs change handler.
Don't register change handler with a reference to the $class and $change
value, but only for the actual preferences. This caused up to three
change handlers to be registered per pref.
