Hi all - please test the new version piCorePlayer1.14a
Changes:
- I forgot an important command to the cmdline.txt file - which could
result in problems with pops and clicks for those of you that use an
USB-DAC. Therefore please report back if this version has fixed your
USB-DAC problems.
- Fixed the problem for the TP-link WN725b Wifi adaptor.
- Added support for a new I2S-DAC. So I2S-DACs based on the Sabre 9023
chip is now supported like this one

The development of I2S-DACs are really an improvement to the Raspberry.
They play very good without clicks and pops up to 24bit 192Khz. So if
you don't have a DAC, I think it is a good supplement for your system. I
personally would go for a I2S-DAC instead of a USB-DAC, which can be
more problematic to use. Some USB-DACs play really good, whereas others
are difficult to use without pops and clicks. The I2S-DACs are actually
quite inexpensive.
So piCorePlayer now supports these I2S-DACs
