Steen, is there anything I can do to help you identify the issue that limits HDMI to 48khz for versions > 1.06?
Shifting gears now, what would be really awesome, since the Raspberry Pi supports it in general, would be an HDMI-CEC integration allowing me to control the title as well as play/pause via my receiver's remote over HDMI.
