Thanks Steen and Pete. I'm going to mess around with it a little more today, if there's something specific you want me to try, let me know. Incidentally, using the Model A without the wired ethernet was a little challenging at first but mostly due to my impatience and lack of reading! I had a USB hub with the Edimax EW-7811Un WIFI adapter and USB keyboard. Picoreplayer doesn't start very gracefully when there is no valid network connection - maybe it would be better to skip wifi on boot until it has been setup? Maybe check for the presence of a "nowifi" marker file that gets deleted during the wifi setup? It took me a while to figure out the wifi.sh setup and getting those changes to persist on reboot. I went through several reboots and had to watch it try to connect to that Cisco AP that was stored in the wifi.db. I realize now that starting the picoreplayer setup would have been the better method. I'm going to do it over from scratch today just to see if I can get things to go a bit smoother as I suspect I was battling with myself mostly yesterday more than I was picoreplayer!
