I wonder if you will return to read this, but you should have looked on the cubieboard forums as this post might have the answer to your WIFI woes. I don't have a cubietruck so can't say if this is the problem, but it looks likely. http://www.cubieforums.com/index.php?topic=1304.msg7875#msg7875 Remember you must first load the WIFI module as I explained, and add the WIFI module's name to the "/etc/modules" file.
