On the USB side of things, the F20 image would have made no differences. It was all about the shift from the Freescale vendor kernel, 3.0.35, to the upstream mainline, 3.14.x. With a specific point being, the I2S functionality, what had been added to it to support what was going to be the CS DAC hardware (and any other I2S DAC for that matter), configuration via device tree boot file, rather than hard-coded and compiled into the kernel, like it is with the 3.0.35, which predates device tree. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ JackOfAll's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=3069 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=101648 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
