You shouldn't need to do anything. Once the CS repo is back online, there will be one new repo package, (the only binary rpm package that will be provided as part of the CS repo being back online), that 'obsoletes' the old CS repo package and should be picked up automatically by dnf/yum, switching you to the new repo. Should all be happening sometime this week. Can't say which day.
