Hi spedinfargo, This may be a good starting point: http://aron.ws/projects/lirc_rpi/ I am not sure if the present piCorePlayer kernel supports IR though. I think most people use an app to control piCorePlayer. The only advantage of a IR control I can think of is for pausing...no password...no starting app...no getting the right screen. I plan to put a [Play/Stop] button on my pi, a lot easier than programming for IR controller. regards ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Greg Erskine's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=7403 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=97803 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
